Hotel HR Manager - Culture, Talent & Engagement

Thwaites is seeking a Hotel HR Manager to lead the HR function on site and partner with the General Manager and People Team to attract, develop, and retain talent. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, and manager coaching while ensuring compliance and a great employee experience.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 with Level 7 desirability, minimal 3 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality, and a proactive, organised approach to workload and stakeholder management.
