Hotel Group Training & Standards Coach

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Group Skills & Standards Trainer to drive on-the-job skills development across our hotels. You will deliver engaging training, coach teams on property and help embed operational standards throughout the Dalata Academy network.

The role requires at least 3 years in hotel operations, strong coaching and communication skills, and experience delivering classroom or virtual training.
