Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager with fluency in Italian to lead the operations of a high-end hospitality property. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in hotel management, operational excellence, and guest experience in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day hotel operations across all departments
• Drive service excellence and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Implement and maintain effective operational policies and procedures
• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team, ensuring strong employee engagement and performance
• Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and brand standards
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong background in luxury hotels is highly preferred
• Native or fluent Italian speaker is essential
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
