Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing role.
• Experience dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working towards KPI targets and encouraging guest survey participation.
• A willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards.
• Previous hotel, accommodation, or front office experience is desirable but not essential.
