Hotel Facilities Maintenance Manager Hands-On & Team Lead

Malmaison is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their Deansgate Manchester property. The role involves taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the hotel, managing the maintenance team and ensuring all guest expectations are met through timely and quality work.

You will allocate duties, oversee daily task lists and preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. A hands-on leader with strong communication and attention to detail is required.
