Village is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead the Pub & Grill and banqueting teams across our hotels, driving high energy, brand standards and seamless events at Solihull and surrounding properties.

You will own local sales strategy, protect margins, coach Heads of Department, and deliver exceptional guest experiences with commercial discipline and leadership that inspires the team to perform at peak levels.
