Hotel Duty Manager: Lead Shifts & Guest Experience

Premier Inn in Milton Keynes (Willen Lake) is seeking a part-time Duty Manager to help run the hotel during shifts. You will work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need.

The role focuses on leading by example, solving problems, and staying calm when busy, with opportunities to progress toward hotel management.
