Hotel Duty Manager - Lead Shifts & Guest Experience

Premier Inn Londonderry is seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure guests have a great stay.

The role is hands-on, with shifts including evenings and weekends. You'll make decisions on the floor, coach colleagues, resolve guest queries, and work closely with the Hotel Manager to keep the operation running smoothly.
