Concierge (Full Time)

Overview

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We're classic, rebellious and full of character, creating stays that feel vibrant, personal and unique.

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a unique personal experience for every guest. Your duties include providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventure, handling guest queries and requests, and leaving all guests with a smile.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, 40 hours per week across 5 shifts including weekends
• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5 hotel is beneficial
• Knowledge of the local area, know the good spots for food and drink especially!
• Passion for interacting with guests - this role is highly hands on and requires great personal skills
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider hotel team
• Drive to produce results - we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can do attitude and commitment to service
• A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day
