Hostel Support Assistant

Location: DENS Hostel in Hemel Hempstead, Dacorum
Salary: £21,044.40 per annum, £13.49 per hour
Hours: Two week rota - Average 30 hours
Reports to: Hostel Accommodation Lead
Closing date: Monday 23 rd March

About the role

Responsible for designated duties at The Elms hostel i.e. activities and associated administrative tasks. To take responsibility for other areas when necessary. To maintain a professional relationship with residents and assist them with their day-to-day needs. To create a culture of partnership with the Hostel Key Workers through mutual respect, collaboration and understanding of each other's role and responsibilities.

You will be working effectively and flexibly as part of a busy team. This list of tasks and responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the Post Holder may be required to undertake other duties as required by the Hostel Accommodation Lead.
