Hospitality Talent Scout & Recruitment Coordinator

RAD Hotel Group is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Head Office HR team in Cumnock. You will manage group-wide recruitment campaigns, pre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines for key roles across our hotel portfolio.

You will travel to hotel locations, support managers with job descriptions, and represent the group at recruitment events. A driving licence and hospitality recruitment experience are advantageous.
