What you'll be doing- Lead and motivate the Front of House team to deliver consistently excellent service
- Support day-to-day catering operations and hospitality events
- Work closely with the Manager and Executive Chef to ensure smooth service
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and support recruitment and training
- Oversee stock control and ordering
- Ensure all equipment and service areas are fully prepared
- Act as Allergen Champion and uphold food safety standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
- Monitor health and safety compliance and respond to incidents
- Drive improvements through customer feedback
- Step in to support service where needed
- Experience in a hospitality or catering supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Experience with stock control and customer service
- A keen eye for detail and high standards
