Hospitality Payroll & Benefits Leader

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee end-to-end monthly payroll for all hotel staff, ensure accurate salaries and deductions, and maintain compliance with PAYE, NI, pensions and auto-enrolment. You will work with HR and department heads to keep records current and provide insightful payroll reporting.

Experience with Fourth or similar systems is a plus; training can be provided for strong payroll professionals ready to learn new processes.
