What we're looking for

  • Experienced in leading, motivating, and developing a dynamic hospitality team.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Confident managing financial budgets and meeting operational targets.

  • A third level qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable.
What you'll get in return
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday off, and a holiday purchase scheme
  • Healthcare & wellbeing: HSF Health (dental, optical, therapy treatments)
  • Mental health support: 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • Family benefits
  • Perks & discounts
  • Shopping, entertainment, and travel discounts
  • Financial wellbeing
  • Development opportunities
  • Ongoing training and structured career pathways
  • Meals on duty included
  • Free parking on site
