Hospitality Leadership Graduate Programme

Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh is inviting graduates to join an 18-month Management Development Programme designed to rotate across hotel departments and develop leadership capabilities.

You will work under a dedicated mentor and a programme sponsor, with opportunities to secure a permanent management role by the end of the programme. Applications close March 2027 and start dates are in August/September 2027.
