Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop a hospitality-focused team at our Cardiff property. You will own recruitment, training, engagement, and payroll oversight, ensuring excellent guest service through people strategy.

As part of the leadership team you will report to the Hotel General Manager and collaborate with Group HR. We value initiative, compliance, and a hands-on approach to building a positive, high-performance culture across the hotel.
