Hospitality HR Business Partner - Flexible, Growth Oriented

Aimbridge is recruiting an HR Business Partner for our Leeds hotel. You will shape people strategy, manage employee relations, and lead talent initiatives across the property.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners to attract, develop and engage talent while supporting the hotel's business goals. You'll work closely with Colleges and universities and liaise with our off-site HR Shared Services.
