Hospitality HR & Duty Manager

Lake District Hotels Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator / Duty Manager for their Inn on the Lake in Penrith. This dual role combines HR administration and Duty Manager responsibilities, requiring previous hospitality experience and strong administrative skills.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day hotel operations while managing HR administrative tasks. Working 5 days a week, they must ensure high levels of customer service and efficiently handle HR processes to maintain a positive work environment.
