Reporting to the Care Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a professional yet relaxed atmosphere in the dining room, ensuring residents and visitors receive efficient food service.

About YouOur ideal Hospitality Assistant will possess the following skills and values:
- Caring nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to residents' needs
- Experience in catering service environments is desirable but not essential
- Delivering prepared food from kitchen to dining areas and serving meals in a friendly manner
- Ensuring refreshments are always available
- Setting up tables, tidying work areas, and preparing food areas for next service to maintain hygiene standards
- Experience in busy restaurant, hospitality, or catering environments is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills to serve visitors and elderly residents effectively
- Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
