Hospitality Compliance Officer - Food Safety & HACCP

Carton House, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our Culinary team. You will ensure food safety, HACCP, health and safety compliance across culinary operations and maintain accurate records.

The role requires hospitality experience, HACCP qualification, auditing skills, and strong communication. You will train staff and liaise with auditors, with opportunities for development and meals and uniforms provided.
