Hospitality Champion - Lead Guest Experience & Team

Shake Shack is seeking a Hospitality Champion to lead front-of-house operations and embody our warm, Shack-style hospitality. You will help shape a guest experience that is personal, energetic, and consistently exceptional.

This role requires a passion for service, ability to coach teammates, and comfort working in a fast-paced venue. Saturday shifts (8 hours) are required as part of a dynamic operations team.
