Farmhouse Bakery are family bakers in Halesworth, established in 1998. We provide traditionally made bread, rolls and morning goods to retail and wholesale customers in Halesworth, Bungay, Southwold and surrounding areas. Farmhouse Bakeries is looking to recruit a new apprentice, specialising in cake production (and hospitality) or breads and savouries. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and qualifications within a well established business.
Responsibilities- Preparing food products
- Ordering
- Assisting customers
- Cleaning
- Preparing customer orders
Monday to Friday (30 hours), working either 9am to 3pm or 8am to 2pm.
Entry requirements- Good team worker
- Interest in food production and hospitality
- Experience with customer facing role
- Customer care skills
- Physical fitness
Hospitality Team Member Level 2
Functional Skills in maths and English if required.
Things to considerThis is an active job so you will need to be in good physical health.
Upon successful completion of your level 2, there will be the opportunity to progress to level 3, specialising in the production of both cakes and/or savouries.
