Hospitality & Visitor Experience Lead

Barnsley CVS in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Visitor Experience Team Leader to supervise the café, shop and events. This hands-on role combines leadership with day-to-day operations to deliver excellent hospitality and customer satisfaction.

You will train and support staff, uphold Food Hygiene and health and safety standards, and ensure the Grimm & Co story is told consistently across our venue and activities.
