Job Description

Our Hospitality & Events team leads operational service standards across our Circle Lounge and Event Hire spaces, working hard to welcome all visitors. The team works collaboratively across the organisation, building excellent working relationships with all departments alongside external clients and suppliers. Our collaboration, care and commitment ensures that every experience is smooth, inclusive and memorable.

Reporting to the Head of Visitor Experience, this role blends operational excellence with genuine warmth: you'll champion our values, empower staff and ensure every visitor feels seen, cared for and inspired. Our Hospitality & Events Manager leads the delivery of a consistently high-quality, seamless hospitality that not only meets expectations but genuinely enhances our visitors' experience and relationship with the organisation.

Job Requirements

We're looking for someone with hospitality experience at supervisor or manager level within a bar, restaurant, venue or events environment. You'll have experience of driving sales performance, plus using and managing business systems to support operations. You'll need to be resilient, adaptable, committed to delivering consistently high standards, and comfortable performing effectively in a fast paced environment.
