Hospital Cafeteria Cook - Patient & Staff Dining

Velindre Cancer Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Cook to store, prepare and cook food for staff, patients and visitors in the centre caf and restaurant, including the new Velindre facility. You will follow food safety regulations and support the catering team in daily operations.

The role requires knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and HACCP, with NVQ Level 3 in food & drink and Basic Food Hygiene Level 2. Willingness to progress via All Wales Facilities Apprenticeship is encouraged.
