Hospice Shop Manager: Lead Retail & Volunteers

St David's Hospice in Pwllheli is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the shop, delivering a welcoming, well-organised environment for customers, donors and volunteers. You will maximise sales, oversee stock, create attractive merchandising and drive excellent service.

You will recruit and motivate volunteers, maintain accurate records and ensure health and safety standards are consistently met. A full driving licence is preferred to support other Hospice shops.
