Hospice Front Desk & Visitor Services Volunteer

Cornwall Hospice Care is seeking a dedicated Reception Volunteer to support the structure and organisation of the In-Patient Unit. Key duties include answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, managing mail, and recording donations.

You will work as part of a caring team, providing essential support to patients and families during difficult times. A commitment to empathy, effective communication, and teamwork is crucial. Induction and training will be provided, with a focus on confidentiality and health and safety.
