Hospice Chaplain - Compassionate Spiritual Care Lead

Your Health Organization is seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to Palliative/Hospice patients across the Columbia area. The role involves conducting spiritual assessments, collaborating with hospice teams, and offering bereavement support.

Ideal candidates will possess a Master of Divinity (MDiv) or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and experience in spiritual care. This full-time position requires flexibility and travel between locations.
