Horticulture Team Leader - Parks & Landscapes

University of Oxford's Parks Department within Estates Services is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee on-site horticultural works and lead a small team to maintain iconic gardens and parklands around Oxford. You will organise daily tasks, ensure safe working practices and deliver high-quality grounds maintenance with attention to detail.

You'll mentor colleagues and apprentices, coordinate resources with Supervisors, and support continuous improvement across the service.
