Horticulture Lead - Therapeutic Outdoor Education for Youth

Amegreen Education is creating a brand-new horticulture provision for 11-18-year-olds. As Horticulture Lead, you will design and run practical learning spaces, oversee a team of mentors, and deliver engaging programmes focused on horticulture, environmental education and outdoor learning.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager to build a flagship program that combines therapeutic education with hands-on horticultural experiences, promoting safety and safeguarding throughout.
