Job Description

Reaseheath College and University Centre in Nantwich is seeking a Crop Technician to join the Horticulture department. You will support the glasshouse and vertical farming facilities, handle propagation, pest management, and monitor crop health while assisting with research projects.

The role requires a Level 3 Horticulture or equivalent, practical greenhouse experience, and strong communication. Weekend/evening work and Christmas closure adjustments may apply; training and CPD provided.
