Salary £37,800 - £45,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)

HOPS is one of the highly acclaimed Neighbourhood Network Schemes in Leeds and works with older people living in Hawksworth Wood, Vesper Road, Vesper Gates and Abbeydales area in LS5. Staff and volunteers work together to provide a range of services and activities helping to promote the wellbeing of members, alleviating loneliness and social isolation.

An experienced manager who has the commitment and understanding of the needs of older people and who has the experience of meeting those needs now and in the future. Excellent communication skills with people with a range of needs is essential. You will monitor and evaluate the success of the scheme on a regular basis. You will continue to build on our achievements, enhance our services, increase membership and volunteers.
