Homelessness Prevention & Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Essential Employment is recruiting an Early Intervention and Sustainment Officer to work around Exeter. The role is full-time on a temporary basis, paying £17.85 per hour.

You will identify individuals at risk of homelessness, provide housing advice, and support tenancy sustainment. Key duties include partnering with statutory and community organisations, delivering trauma-informed support, and maintaining case records to monitor outcomes and meet service targets.
