Homelessness Prevention Advisor

Derby Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Housing Options Advisor to provide frontline advice to vulnerable families and individuals facing homelessness in Derby. You will manage your own caseload, assess situations, and work within a legal framework to prevent homelessness wherever possible.

You will need strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a demanding environment while delivering high quality customer service.
