Homelessness Prevention Advisor - Housing Options

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Homelessness Advisor to join our Housing Operations team for a temporary three-month period in Derby. The role focuses on delivering housing advice, preventing homelessness, and supporting residents facing housing insecurity under the Housing Act 1996 Part VII.

You will assess needs, create housing plans, negotiate with landlords, maintain case records, and work with statutory and voluntary partners to improve outcomes.
