Homelessness Assessment Advisor needed in St Albans

This is a temporary role and the rate is £16.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct homeless assessments in line with Homelessness Regulations and ensure statutory compliance.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of an applicant's housing and support needs as defined under the Act.
• Assist applicants in developing a Personalised Housing Plan to prevent eviction or secure alternative accommodation.
• Manage an individual caseload and utilize a range of IT systems to increase efficiency.
• Write Section 184 decisions (experience required).

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in writing Section 184 decisions is required. Candidates should be able to use various IT systems and manage caseloads effectively.
