Homeless Prevention & Outreach Officer

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Homeless Early Intervention Officer to deliver upstream, preventative support to households at risk of homelessness across the county. You will work from hubs in Trowbridge, Chippenham or Salisbury and provide outreach in communities, hospitals, and homes.

The role requires providing advice on tenure, budgeting, and services with a trauma-informed approach to help clients maintain housing and navigate housing crises.
