Your new role includes

• Coordinating and managing the daily schedules of caregivers and clients.
• Assessing client care needs and matching them with appropriate caregivers.
• Resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing any last minute changes efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with caregivers regarding schedule changes and client needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of caregiver availability and client appointments.
• Monitoring caregiver performance and client satisfaction on a regular basis.

Experience you need

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate schedules and manage changes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to problem solve, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of healthcare or home care practices is advantageous.
• Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and client care.
