The successful candidate will provide a customer-focused service to manage homeowner queries. Welcome new residents to the service, ensuring any issues are resolved and provide a high-quality customer experience. To facilitate lease extensions, staircasing and resolve all leasehold and estate management issues that may arise. To manage the relationship between the department and third party management agents, ensuring they deliver high standards in line with the management agreements for our residents.
