Can you lead a well-established, Good rated care home and drive it forward while maintaining outstanding standards of care?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to lead a beautiful nursing, residential and dementia care home in Shropshire. The service holds a Good CQC rating and is part of a growing, supportive provider with a strong focus on quality, leadership and continuous improvement.
This is a full Home Manager level position, suitable for either a clinical or non clinical leader, with full responsibility for the operational, regulatory and cultural leadership of the home.
About you:- Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care (nursing, residential or dementia)
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Confident leader with the ability to manage full service responsibility
- Open to both clinically and non clinically qualified Home Managers
