Home Manager
Princess Louise of Kensington Nursing Home, Pangbourne, Westminster, London, W10 6DH
Salary Range £66,400.12 to £71,400.12
40 hours per week
ResponsibilitiesAs a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of Princess Louise of Kensington, leading a team of care professionals and delivering the highest standards of care to residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families, and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success. You will lead by example and work as part of a team to enrich residents' lives.
You will:
- manage operations and ensure delivery of personalised care in line with individual care plans
- build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families and staff
- promote a positive, supportive and inclusive culture within the home
- represent Sanctuary Care in the home and contribute to its ongoing improvement
Sanctuary Care has over 100 care homes and aims to create a team-based environment that makes a difference from the moment you step through the door. We are looking for a dedicated leader to join Princess Louise of Kensington.
Qualifications- Experience in a nursing setting with strong operational management experience
- Valid NMC Pin
- Current driving licence and access to your own vehicle

You will have previous experience in a nursing setting, strong operational management experience, and hold a valid NMC Pin. A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
