Flexible hours from 0700hrs and finish 2100hrs including alternate weekends.

Full time and part time permanent contracts available.

Duties for this role include:

• Enabling individuals to achieve their maximum ability and independence
• Providing companionship and personal assistant services,
• Supporting with meals and drinks preparations
• Supporting with daily personal care needs
• Liaising with families and other professional agencies
• Supporting with medication (training provided)
• Supporting with shopping and accompanying to medical appointments
• Documentation and report writing

Requirements:

• Experience in care not necessary but can be an advantage
• Professional approach to work is required
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Driving licence and own car
• Must be willing to be trained and undertake DBS checked
