Hours: Full time, part time and permanent shifts available. Weekdays and Weekend shifts.

VHM Care is a family-run home care provider. Established in 2017, we have grown to support our local community (Worthing).

COS or a switch is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
• Assist clients with daily activities, making sure clients are comfortable and well.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients' families.
• Nurture a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.

What you'll need

• Full Driving Licence (required)
• Access to your vehicle, which you must ensure for business use.
• The right to work in the UK (COS available to the right candidate)
