About the opportunity We're currently seeking Caring and Compassionate Home Care Workers to join our growing team in the Newcastle - Lake Macquarie region.In this rewarding and flexible role, you'll help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. You'll be a trusted presence and a source of warmth and reassurance, providing meaningful support that enhances their daily lives.Your day may include: Providing personal care with empathy and dignity. Domestic assistance and household tasks. Meal preparation and nutritional support. Assisted shopping and community access. Respite care to support family caregivers. Availability for weekend work. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: Have your own car with insurance and a valid driver's license. First Aid Certificate (Level 2). Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability.
