Summary

We are seeking passionate individuals dedicated to caring for people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Personal care responsibilities include showering, dressing, cooking, housecleaning, food shopping, socialising, escorting to medical appointments, and providing transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for clients.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and clean up.
• Shop for groceries.
• Socialise and support mental wellbeing.
• Escort clients to medical appointments.
• Transport clients as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid UK driver's licence (essential).
• Positive references.
• Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to think logically, assimilate information and prioritise responsibilities.
• Willin g to attend induction and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Visa sponsorship available after 6 months of employment (if applicable).

Training & Advancement

New employees must complete induction training and are supported with tailored programmes. Ongoing education and opportunities for advancement, including NVQ/QCF credentials, are available.

Working Hours

Hours per week: 8 - 38, based on flexibility and shift availability.
