What You Will Do

• Help with Personal Care: assist with personal care duties including washing, dressing, grooming, and bathroom needs while ensuring comfort and respect.
• Help with Daily Living: assist with everyday tasks like cooking, reminding to take medicines, light housework, and shopping.
• Offer Companionship: provide emotional support and company to help clients feel less alone and more connected.
• Check on Clients' Well-Being: regularly check on well-being to ensure safety, comfort, and that needs are being met.
• Follow all company rules, including client privacy, health and safety, and standards of care.
• Help Us Improve: participate in team meetings and share suggestions to improve services and care processes.

What We Want

• Experience in Care: prior care experience is preferred, but a genuine desire to help others is most important.
• Positive Attitude: cheerful, helpful, and committed to helping others in need.
• Great Communication Skills: ability to communicate clearly with clients and their families.
• Collaborator: willingness to work with others in a busy setting and support coworkers.
• Flexibility: willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet client needs.
• Diligence: perform all care duties and wellness checks with care and professionalism.
• Background Checks: willing to undergo required background checks.
• Vehicle: own a car and have or be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance.
