Home Care Support Worker - Flexible Morning Hours

Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to provide high-quality personal and practical care to individuals in their own homes. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will support clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure their safety, comfort, and well being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.

• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light physical support.

• Support daily household activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

• Administer or remind clients to take prescribed medications as per care plans.

• Monitor clients physical and emotional condition and report changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and enhance quality of life.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.

• Follow health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic understanding of elderly care, disability support, or home care services.

• Good problem-solving and observation skills.

• Physically fit and capable of assisting clients with mobility.

Experience

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare, nursing, or support services is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with a genuine interest in caregiving and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Experience working with elderly individuals, patients with disabilities, or individuals with chronic illnesses is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible morning shifts (typically between 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM).

• Part time and full time options available depending on client needs.
