Home Care Deputy Manager - Leadership & On-Call Growth

Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden is seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our Eastbourne team. You will support service delivery, mentor care staff, and help oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of care.

The role requires leadership in the care sector, a full UK driving licence, and living locally. Working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm with on-call duties, you will contribute to continuous improvement and positive outcomes for clients.
