Job Description

We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across the Standish area. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference by helping individuals remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own environment.

The Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide non medical support tailored to each individual's needs. Duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily routines
  • Supporting with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping service users maintain independence and dignity
  • Recording care notes accurately and following care plans

  • A caring, reliable and professional approach
  • Good communication skills and a respectful manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A Level 2 Care Certificate is advantageous, but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
