Soins Riviera is looking for a pool nurse in home care. Soins Riviera has been active in home care on the Riviera for over ten years, our teams accompany clients with professionalism, humanity, and respect, directly in their environment. To strengthen our teams during weekends, public holidays, summer periods, and replacements, we are looking for our next pool nurse in home care. Type of position: pool nurse on a permanent contract with a minimum of 10% entry into service: immediately or between 17 to 19 according to profile, hourly wage between CHF and CHF/hour, including vacation, public holidays, and a 13th salary, according to age (5 weeks of vacation until 49 years / 6 weeks from 50 years). The salary is determined based on work experience and is in accordance with the contract and does not subject to future changes.As a pool nurse, you will work on different rounds according to needs and your availability, mainly covering replacements, weekends, public holidays, and periods of high activity (summer, end-of-year period, holidays). Some pool nurses work occasionally, others regularly, sometimes at a high rate, while retaining flexibility. Mission: • Ensure care for adults and seniors presenting challenges at home • Conduct clinical assessments • Perform technical nursing care: dressings, IM/SC/IV injections, infusions, clinical monitoring • Administer and monitor treatments according to medical prescriptions • Guarantee the continuity, safety, and quality of care • Collaborate with internal teams and the medical-social network. No reference function: the responsibility is ensured by the referring nurse. Profile: • Degree in nursing (HES) or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • Experience in care (hospital or home care) • Autonomy, reliability, and sense of responsibility • Ease and respect for the rhythm of work, driving is essential (Riviera Chablais) • Comfortable with electronic care tools and files.
